About Sheila Wong
Owner and founder of M&S Homes, Inc, Sheila handles most aspects including, acquiring, sales, marketing and manages the contractors and all aspects of construction. With a Bachelors in Architecture, she has practiced for over 15+ years, starting in Commercial work and moving into the Residential sector for the past 10 years. She has been a real estate investor for the past 10 years on the side to her full-time career as an Architect.
She has owned several passive income properties and has added another two to her portfolio as of this past year. She is very familiar with all aspects of home sales, as she has had the opportunity to also obtain her mortgage agent license as well as spent some time selling homes for a custom home builder on top of working as an Architect.
She works with clients on every level, from the conception of their house from scratch to helping them realize their dreams and managing all changes in between. She also offers guidance to construction staff when necessary as well as oversees and ensures all projects turn out with the highest standards and affordability while not cutting any corners to deliver a quality product to extremely satisfied clients.
