SCOPE AND TIMELINE
- 6 months of Intensive weekly Coaching calls up to one hour a week.
- 6 months of email/text access
- Guided help to set up business entity and referrals to attorney for anything needed.
- Implementation plan to conceptualize business model.
- Deal Submission Review/analysis (3 deals a week).
- Additional Resources/referrals & Vendor Discounts
(Accountant, Book Keeper, RE attorney, Hard Money Lenders and materials vendors when applicable). - Resources and forms from deal analysis to scripts on how to speak to potential sellers/buyers/agents, lien waivers, and any other forms Coach deems necessary.
- Lead generation targeting.
- Mindset goals.
- Transparency through my own personal deals/rehabs in progress.
- Access to my network for your needs when and if applicable
